Geneticist

Template:Wiktionarypar A geneticist is a scientist who studies genes, or a physician who diagnoses, treats, and counsels patients with genetic disorders or syndromes. These doctors are typically trained in a genetics residency or fellowship. Many are pediatricians, but some are not.
