This is a list of some of Geographical regions in Serbia and Montenegro. Regions that are in the Pannonian plain are delimited by rivers while those in more mountainous parts of are generally delimited by mountains; where latter is the case, it could be said that the regions' borders follow mountain ridges, or that regions are only hospitable areas between these mountains and mountains don't really belong to them. These regions have no official status, and some of them do overlap, or could not be said to have clear borders.
