Téng Hǎibīn (Simplified Chinese: 滕海滨; born January 2, 1985) is a gymnast from Beijing, China. He is a Two Time World Champion as well as an Olympic gold medalist on the pommel horse. He cost his team a bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics with multiple falls on every apparatus. He and Xiao Qin are considered personal favorites of Head Coach Huang YuBin.
NBC commentators stated that the performance that earned Téng the gold medal was not as dynamic as Marius Urzica's (who earned a silver medal at the event), although Téng displayed a higher altitude above the pommel horse than did the other competitors.
