Intense Football League
From Free net encyclopedia
The Intense Football League was a small, six team indoor football league set up by a man named Chad Dittman, with all of its teams located in Texas. After their only season, the Amarillo Dusters went to the af2 for 2005. The El Paso Rumble folded during the first season, and the league oversaw operations of the team until the end of the season. The other teams merged with the National Indoor Football League.
Original Intense Football League Teams:

In 2006 the Intense Football League will open their doors and three of the original teams (Odessa, San Angelo and Corpus Christi) will return to IFL action along with teams from Belton, Texas, Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Laredo, Texas. The NIFL had claimed that the IFL violated a certain contract, so they planned to sue the IFL, but later changed their minds.
