Iron Junction is a city located in St. Louis County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 93.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 93 people, 44 households, and 31 families residing in the city. The population density was 46.0/km² (119.3/mi²). There were 44 housing units at an average density of 21.8/km² (56.4/mi²).
