This article is about the town in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. There was a town in Niigata Prefecture with the same name, see Itakura, Niigata.

Itakura (板倉町; -machi) is a town located in Oura District, Gunma, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 15,943 and a density of 381.05 persons per km². The total area is 41.84 km².
