J. Hans D. Jensen

Johannes Hans Daniel Jensen (June 25, 1907 – February 11, 1973) was a German physicist who shared half of the 1963 Nobel Prize for Physics with Maria Goeppert-Mayer for their proposal of the shell nuclear model. (The remaining half of the prize was awarded to Eugene Wigner for unrelated work.)
