Dr. Jamie Patrick Shea is Official Spokesman and Director of Press and Information at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

He was born 11 September, 1953 in London, Britain and is a British citizen. He is married and has two children.

He received worldwide attention, albeit somewhat controversial, as the main NATO spokesman during the Kosovo war in 1999.

He was educated at Sussex University and Lincoln College, Oxford.
