JYP is a Finnish ice hockey team playing in SM-liiga, based at Jyväskylän jäähalli, Jyväskylä. Founded in 1977, the name stood for Jyväskylän Pallo. Today, the full name of the club is Jyp Jyväskylä Oy. Their best placement in the league is 2nd (in 1989 and 1992).
