Koffi Sama

Koffi Sama (born 1944) was the Prime Minister of Togo, from 29 June 2002 until 9 June 2005. Following the death of long-time president Gnassingbe Eyadéma on February 5, 2005, he announced the news, calling it a "national catastrophe". [1]
