Lastrup is a city located in Morrison County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 99.

Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there were 99 people, 48 households, and 26 families residing in the city. The population density was 86.9/km² (223.2/mi²). There were 49 housing units at an average density of 43.0/km² (110.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.99% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.01% from two or more races. 1.01% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 48 households out of which 18.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.8% were married couples living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 45.8% were non-families. 43.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 25.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.06 and the average family size was 2.88.
