Lee Sa-bi (real name Lee Eon-jeong) is the first Korean Playboy model. Many Korean American models have posed for Playboy, but Lee Sabi's photo shoot in January 2004 was the first for a native Korean. Her Playboy photos were broadcast through mobile phones by the three largest South Korean telecommunication carriers.

She began her modelling career as a catwalk model in Daegu in 1998.
