Neshkoro is a village located in Marquette County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 453. The village is located within the Town of Neshkoro.

Neshkoro is located at 43°57'49" North, 89°13'0" West (43.963867, -89.216712)Template:GR.

Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there were 453 people, 185 households, and 130 families residing in the village. The population density was 74.1/km² (191.7/mi²). There were 219 housing units at an average density of 35.8/km² (92.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.12% White, 0.00% Black or African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.66% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.22% from two or more races. 0.66% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 185 households out of which 25.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.4% were married couples living together, 7.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.7% were non-families. 25.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.32 and the average family size was 2.78.
In the village the population was spread out with 21.2% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 24.9% from 25 to 44, 23.6% from 45 to 64, and 24.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.2 males.
The median income for a household in the village was $39,167, and the median income for a family was $43,661. Males had a median income of $27,391 versus $19,583 for females. The per capita income for the village was $17,206. 5.5% of the population and 5.8% of families were below the poverty line. 14.0% of those under the age of 18 and 4.9% of those 65 and older were living below the poverty line.
