Operation CWAL

Operation CWAL (Can't Wait Any Longer) is a group of Blizzard Entertainment fans that formed after the company repeatedly pushed back the StarCraft release date. Comprised primarily of members interested in the game, CWAL contributed to the Blizzard community through works of fiction depicting the company as evil and bent on world domination, with CWAL being an organization attempting to liberate the StarCraft CD.
Blizzard mentions Operation CWAL in the Special Thanks section of the StarCraft manual. Also a tribute to the group, the in-game cheat "operation cwal" rapidly increases the rate of unit and structure production. One of the more popular Operation CWAL authors, Byeard Maggott, went on to found Ghazpork Industrial, a gaming company.
Operation CWAL also has presence as a guild in World of Warcraft, a Blizzard Entertainment MMORPG.
