Patrick Neill

Francis Patrick Neill, Baron Neill of Bladen (born 8 August, 1926) is a cross bench member of the House of Lords. From 1977 until 1995 he was Warden of All Souls College, Oxford, where he has been an Honorary Fellow since 1995. He was made a Life Peer in 1997.
