Problem Child (1990 film)
From Free net encyclopedia
Problem Child is a 1990 comedy movie about a young orphan boy, Junior, who is so troublesome that he is perpetually returned to the orphanage because of all the pranks and damage he causes when families attempt to adopt him. Junior is finally adopted by a couple, the Healys, who are unaware of his capacity for causing mayhem. In the midst of his pranks, he gets involved with the notorious "Bow-Tie Killer" (refrain: "I did it for kicks").
Directed by Dennis Dugan, Problem Child was filmed in Dallas, Texas. The movie was a box-office hit but was widely panned by critics. It was considered by some to be offensive towards adopted children. There were two sequels, Problem Child 2 and Problem Child 3: Junior in Love.
