1993 Mig incident

In 1993 two Mig-29s collided, raising fears of a repeat of the Ramstein airshow disaster, where 70 people died when an aircraft crashed into the public area. However the MiGs crashed away from the public and no one was hurt on the ground [1]. After having ejected, the two Russian pilots landed safely with their parachutes [2].
