From Free net encyclopedia
Rappin' 4-Tay (born Anthony Forté) is an American rapper from San Francisco, California. He debuted on Life Is...Too Short (Too $hort), but soon after the album release, was arrested on drug charges. After his sentence was completed, Rappin' 4-Tay released Rappin' 4-Tay Is Back!!! (1992, 1992 in music), followed by Don't Fight the Feeling. While the albums won him a devoted fanbase, especially in the San Francisco area, his mainstream success was scarce, although he was featured in 2pac's "Only God Can Judge Me." In 1995 (see 1995 in music), 4-Tay released I'll Be Around, then "Cap 45 niggas with one bullet", then "Icecream Nigga" followed by Off Parole (1996, 1996 in music), 4 tha Hard Way (1997, 1997 in music), Introduction to the Mackin' (1999, 1999 in music), and the re-release of Off Parole (2002, 2002 in music)).
He is most likely best known for the song, "Playaz Club", from Don't Fight the Feeling.Template:US-hiphop-bio-stub
