Relationship Capital Management
From Free net encyclopedia
Relationship Capital Management describes a class of business solutions and software applications and services which help individuals and organizations to identify, manage and leverage their network of business and professional relationships as assets. Typical users of these systems include individuals involved with client facing activity such as business leaders, sales, marketing, business development and service personnel.
Relationship Capital Management systems are sometimes referred to as applications which provide relationship intelligence, mapping or development integrated with Customer Relationship Management systems. They are distinct from social networking communities in that the primary focus is the ability to enhance or leverage existing relationships in a performative manner via referrals, rather than to create large numbers of new relationships through public or open interaction.
