Ruukki

Ruukki is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Oulu and is part of the Northern Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 4,547 (2003) and covers an area of 779.89 km² of which 6.34 km² is water. The population density is 5.9 inhabitants per km².

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
