In mathematics:
- A saddle point produces a graph that resembles a riding saddle
- A monkey saddle is a similar graph with three dips - "a saddle for two legs and a tail"
By analogy, a saddle may also refer to:
- The seat on a bicycle or motorcycle.
- A cut of meat, the unseparated loin (from rib to leg) from both sides of the animal
- A euphemism for the buttocks, as in "saddle pain"
- A low area between hills or mountains, similar to a mountain pass.
- Aa decorative piece of material covers a joint between sections of flooring of different materials, or of different finished heights
