Santa with Muscles is a 1996 movie starring professional wrestler Hulk Hogan.
Hulk Hogan plays the role of Blake, a man who after getting amnesia, thinks he is Santa Claus and then proceeds to beat up bad guys in order to save an orphanage. The film also features Mila Kunis and Clint Howard. On IMDb it is listed towards the top of the "bottom 100 movies as voted by [their] users". It also has been inducted to Wrestlecrap.
