Scamp or SCAMP can refer to:

- (diving) SCAMP is an acronym for Supercritical Air Mobility Pack®, a liquid-air breathing set.
- (film) Scamp is a fictional character created by The Walt Disney Company. He is a puppy who is a son of the dogs Lady and The Tramp, who are the two main characters in the feature-length cartoon Lady and the Tramp. He sometimes appeared in the pages of Walt Disney's Comics and Stories. He had his own short-lived comic book. Scamp was born at the end of Lady and the Tramp. He had a more active role in Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure. Also see List of fictional dogs.
- (military) SS-14 Scamp is the NATO reporting name for the RT-15 theatre ballistic missile of the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
