Sobieski is a city located in Morrison County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 196.

Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there were 196 people, 87 households, and 54 families residing in the city. The population density was 18.1/km² (46.8/mi²). There were 88 housing units at an average density of 8.1/km² (21.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 99.49% White, 0.00% African American, 0.51% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 87 households out of which 23.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.6% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.8% were non-families. 32.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.25 and the average family size was 2.82.
