Tart card
From Free net encyclopedia
So-called tart cards are cards found in phone booths in London, Hove and Brighton that advertise the services of call girls. Placing them in phone booths is now illegal, although this has only reduced their number, rather than eliminating them.
Cards of the same type, often bound into small booklets, litter the streets of cities in Japan. Because of their typical colors they are named pink papers (Pinkuu Birra} there.
