Template:Infobox City in Romania| website=| }} Tecuci is a city in the Galaţi county of Romania situated among wooded hills, on the right bank of the Bârlad river, and at the junction of railways from Bacău, Bârlad and Galaţi.
The neighborhood of Tecuci was the scene of a fierce battle in 1476 between Ştefan cel Mare and the Ottomans.
