}} The Sage Group plc (Template:Lse) is a leading UK based supplier of accounting, CRM and business management software (including manufacturing and construction-specific ranges) as well as related services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). It has ~10,000 employees, a turnover exceeding £776 million and a market capitalisation on the London Stock Exchange of over £3 billion.

Founded and headquartered in Newcastle Upon Tyne, the company for many years grew organically, but more recently has grown through acquisitions. It now operates worldwide.

It has from time to time been the only UK software company listed in the FTSE 100 Index of leading UK public companies. (The index is redrawn from time to time as companies fortunes wax and wane.)

The Sage Group is a patron of The Sage Gateshead, a new Tyneside music venue designed by Sir Norman Foster.
