Tim Anderson (Ananda Marga Three)

Tim Anderson, a member of the Ananda Marga sect, was jailed for the 13 February 1978 bombing of the Sydney Hilton hotel in an episode known as the Hilton Bombing. He was released in 1985 and pardoned.
Tim Anderson currently lectures in the Faculty of Political Economy at the University of Sydney. He "has degrees in economics, international politics and political economy with a doctorate on the political economy of economic liberalisation in Australia. His current research interest is in the relationship between human rights and structural adjustment.
He has been published in various journals, more recently in the Journal of Australian Political Economy and Current Issues in Criminal Justice. He has written or co-authored six books on the criminal justice system, prisons, civil rights and self-advocacy." Template:Crime-bio-stub
