Toshio Sakai

Toshio Sakai (酒井淑夫， 1940 – 1999), from Meiji University, a photographer for United Press International, won the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography in 1968, for a photograph depicting the Vietnam War. He was the first to receive that award.
