Volkov Commander

Volkov Commander is a file manager for DOS. It belongs to a special category of file managers that are called "orthodox file managers" or OFMs. These are all close clones of Norton Commander. The Volkov Commander has been completely written in assembly language, so it is very small and works fast.

The author of Volkov Commander is Vsevolod V. Volkov, a programmer from Ukraine. The stable version of the program is released as shareware. A preview version is also available, which is interchangeably mentioned as an Alpha or Beta release at the website.
