My username is currently my full name, but since then I've began to want just a little bit of anonimity (even though users can still look at my user page for my full name) just so my name isn't blatantly shown everywhere I edit. Occasionally, someone will request to be renamed to an account that exists (has been registered) but has not made any edits. While there is precedent for making such changes, as yet there are no guidelines for handling such requests.
