This page lists requests by the Arbitration Committee that it feels need to be enforced by Administrators. Admins are not required to enforce these rulings but they are required not to stop those that do. Only Arbitration Committee members and clerks can add new items to this page. If a block is needed, then the Admin who conducts it should indicate so after the listed item. Newer requests at top.

The Arbitration Committee has reached a final decision in the Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/ZAROVE case. ZAROVE is prohibited from editing Acharya S or any related pages, and from making any comment on any page about her or her son. If ZAROVE violates either of the remedies in this decision, he may be briefly banned for up to two weeks for repeat offenses. Template:Vandal is banned indefinitely from articles which relate to the conflict in Northern Ireland. The ban is intended to include any page in Wikipedia which Lapsed Pacifist engages in a dispute related in any way to the conflict in Northern Ireland.

Additionally, the mentors are charged with monitoring and guiding T-man, and maintaining contact with him, as well as helping him to carry on productive communication with others towards the goal of successful collaboration. The above temporary injunction is now obsolete and superceded by the final result of the case (which closed two weeks ago). For attempting to aggravate the dispute in order to make a point, Dschor is banned from Wikipedia for 2 months. Additionally, he is placed on Wikipedia:Probation. After he finishes serving out his ban, administrators may ban him from any page he disrupts, and/or ban him from Wikipedia for up to a week for each provocative edit he makes. If, after two months, Dschor can demonstrate good behavior, he may appeal the probation. Dschor and Paroxysm are prohibited from creating or editing userboxes (either templatized or hard-coded into a userpage). For attempting to aggravate the dispute in order to make a point, SPUI is banned from Wikipedia for 10 days. Additionally, he is placed on Wikipedia:Probation. Template:Vandal was ordered not to edit sex organ-related articles. Well, since then, two users (Template:Vandal and Template:Vandal) have shown up claiming to be Robert Blair and openly stating that the purpose of the accounts were to breach the ArbCom injunction. Ban on editors involved in Bogdanov Affair
All user accounts used by participants in the external controversy (involving the Bogdanov Affari) are banned from Wikipedia pending resolution of this matter. The criteria for determining external involvement shall be a review of their edit history, it being presumed that if the vast majority of their edits were to the Bogdanov Affair and related pages such as this arbitration that they are not Wikipedia editors but persons involved in the external dispute. Yuber Violation of RfAr
In keeping with Template:Vandal RfAr, Yuber is enjoined from being disruptive or engaging in revert wars.
- 23:31, 5 November 2005 yuber reverted the addition of an extlink by Daniel Pipes to the article on Nikah. Yuber made his revert without any justification in the edit summery.

Daniel Pipes is considered by many people to be an authoritative source on middle eastern and Islamic Affairs and is cited in several wikipedia articles with out any controversy. This extlink in question links to article by DP about the use of Nikah as front for sex tourism by wealthy arabs who make temporary marriages to poor muslim girls for money in india and elsewhere. After the marriage is consumated they return back to thier home countries. Yuber has previously engaged in editwars over the inclusion of links to articles by Daniel Pipes. These links were retained by general concensus on many other articles.
In the opinion of ArbCom Member Jayjg [10]:

I therefore humbly request enforcement of the RfAr, specifically I request.
- Under Enforcment section 1, that the template "Yuber Banned" be added to nikah as Yubers behavior on that article is not helpful or contructive.
- That the anon IP's previously editing the article by reverts be check as possible instance of Yuber's violating the No Sockpuppets portion of his RfAr.

Islam in the United States
I recently blocked two IPs, {{{2|24.7.210.91}}} (talk • contribs) and {{{2|70.156.143.25}}} (talk • contribs) for edit warring on Islam in the United States (talk · history · watch). I also semi-protected the article, and soon after {{{2|Yuber}}} (talk • contribs) and {{{2|CltFn}}} (talk • contribs) started editing the article, making exactly the same edits as the IPs. Yuber as per the terms of his arbitration, can be banned from any islam-related article on which he is disruptive or participates in revert wars.

There are also a number of instances involving another user User:Mistress_Selina_Kyle but for the sake of brevity I am keeping this complaint to one; the history can easily be seen on Yuber's contributions list.
I believe this is unhelpful. I am formally requesting Yuber be banned from Islamic extremist terrorism. I reserve the right to file a formal request for more stringent restrictions should he continue to edit war elsewhere. Queeran 02:37, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
User Aucaman and Zionist Extremist Rhetoric
Dear admin, User:Aucaman chronically participates in repeatedly violating the 3rr policy, placing numerous dispute tags on articles, [unstoppable] possible sneaky vandalism, repeated violation of the personal attack policy by referring to multiple users as `racist` and other, going against the over-whelming consensus, refusing to compromise, and single-handedly hijacking this and two more articles. He has been engaged in a systematic campaign of misinformation, maliciously editing/disputing Persian people, pushing his POV, ignoring the majority consensus and authoritative sources, trying to establish new 'facts" based on his own personal assumptions, political beliefs, and racist comments. [26] He also repeatedly engages in racially-motivated personal attacks and possibly vandalizes the Persian people article which has resulted in the protection of page. Seemingly, he has single-handedly disrupted the integrity of the page in question, and perhaps other articles too. Furthermore, he is a chronic 3RR violator, but also violates other wikipedia rules by vandalizing and then removing warnings from his talk-page. Onefortyone
User:Onefortyone has made edits in violation of his arbcom ruling at Talk:Elvis Presley#Interesting sources concerning Elvis's alleged bisexuality. The specific policies he is violating are pretty much every point noted at Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration/Onefortyone#Findings of fact- He continues to allege that Elvis is Gay without providing concrete, verifiable sources; he arbitrarily cites authors who have written books about Elvis without providing page numbers for verification, and makes claims such as "Elvis's promiscuity masked latent homosexuality". I don't know if he actually thinks these are valid sources or if he is being intentionally disruptive, and I no longer care. He is clearly in violation of his RFA. --DDG 20:36, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

- I do not think that this was necessary, as I only provided additional sources related to the topic on the discussion page. Kehrli
User:Kehrli is displaying unrelenting advocacy and original research. Note particularly his user page which is a diatribe against a notation accepted by IUPAC. His main user page represents original research. He has also been pushing his ideas on the page m/z misconception which has been deleted. Recently he has been pushing his ideas on the mass-to-charge ratio page. This page was at one point pure POV and was nearly identical to his user page. He has learned to be more slick recently with all of the criticism he has recieved, including from mediators. He, however, continues to push his ideas systematically and patiently disrupting the ability of other editors to improve articles. Mediation has failed as he ignores the criticism that shuts him completely down from pushing his ideas.
