Template:London stations Kentish Town station is a London Underground and National Rail station in the London Borough of Camden. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2.
The National Rail platforms serve Thameslink trains, and are located between West Hampstead and King's Cross Thameslink stations.
The London Underground platforms are on the High Barnet branch of the Northern Line, between Tufnell Park and Camden Town stations. On the Northern Line, the former location of the now-closed South Kentish Town tube station is between Kentish Town and Camden Town and may still be observed as an area where the tunnel opens out into the old station.
Kentish Town station is styled in the distinctive Leslie Green designed Edwardian red tiling used on most of the original Northern, Piccadilly and Bakerloo Line stations.
