Ruslan Nigmatullin (Russian: Руслан Нигматуллин; born July 10, 1974 in Naberezhnye Chelny (Yar Çallı), Tatarstan, Russia) is a football goalkeeper. He has appeared over 20 times for the Russian national team and was their starting keeper at the 2002 World Cup. Despite being considered one of the best Russian goalkeepers during that period, he retired from soccer for good only 4 years later (February 2006), at the age of 32, after a series of unsuccessful transfers.
