Paul Morrissey (born on February 23, 1938 in New York City) is a film director.

Paul Morrissey became associated with Andy Warhol, who inspired Morrissey in new, more bold, avant-garde, provocative directions with his filmmaking, although Morrissey remains a traditionalist Irish-American Roman Catholic who attended Catholic schools in New York City and England.

Joe Dallesandro frequently starred in Morrissey's films.
