The word anser comes from Latin, meaning goose, and can refer to:
- The genus Anser of grey geese.
- The star Anser, or α Vulpeculae, in the constellation Vulpecula, the Fox. The star is meant to represent the goose in the fox's mouth.
Anser is also the name of an ancient Greek erotic poet.
