Fox in Socks (ISBN 0394800389) is a children's book by Dr. Seuss It is also functions well as a beginning reader. Throughout the book "The Fox" is trying to get "Mr. Knox" to say extremely hard tongue-twisters, culminating in an increasingly complex description of a tweetle beetle battle. It was first published by Random House in 1965.
