Doug Mountjoy (born 8 June, 1942) is a retired Welsh Snooker player.
Originally a miner, Mountjoy turned professional in 1976, after winning many amateur tournaments.
Highlights of his career were two UK Championship victories, and reaching the final of the World Championship, which he lost 18-12 to Steve Davis. Although he only won 2 ranking titles, he did so in successive tournaments.pl:Doug Mountjoy
