Harry Fischel (c.1865 - ????) was a prominent Jewish New York City businessman and philanthropist at the turn of the 20th century.

Born in Russia, he emigrated to the United States in 1885.

He was treasurer of the Central Relief Committee of Kuhn, Loeb and Company.
