Gwyn Prosser

Gwynfor Matthew Prosser (born 27 April 1943, Swansea) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour member of Parliament for Dover, and was first elected in 1997.
Prosser was elected to Dover District Council in 1987 and was also a Kent County Councillor.
