Intrawest

Intrawest Template:Tsx Template:Nyse is a major North American developer and operator of resort properties, primarily focused on golf, skiing, and snowboarding. It is the largest ski resort operator and developer in North America.
The company was founded in 1976. In 1996, Intrawest acquired Whistler Mountain from its original developers to form the unified Whistler-Blackcomb resort under one ticketing system. Intrawest today either owns or is a partner in 14 resorts, including Whistler, British Columbia which will host some events for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
