Look Sharp! is Joe Jackson's first album, released in April 1979. The single "Is She Really Going Out with Him?" (backed by "You Got the Fever") had been released in October 1978 as Jackson's first release. Look Sharp! was re-released in 2001 with two bonus tracks. "Don't Ask Me" had been the b-side of the "One More Time" single of May 1979.

The cover is number 22 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 greatest album covers of all time.

"Got The Time" was covered by Anthrax on their album Persistence of Time.
