Ray Whitney

Sir Raymond William Whitney OBE is a politician in the United Kingdom. He was elected as Conservative Member of Parliament for Wycombe in a by-election in 1978 and stepped down at the 2001 general election when he was replaced by Paul Goodman. He was a junior minister in the Department of Health and Social Security as well as a junior Foreign Office Minister. He is a keen sportsman and in his retirement plays a lot of golf.
