Robin Curtis

Image:RobinCurtis.jpg Robin Curtis (born June 15, 1956 in New York Mills, New York, USA) is an American actress. Her most notable role was as the Vulcan Lt. Saavik in the Star Trek films, having replaced Kirstie Alley in the role. Although her first appearance as Saavik in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock was promoted as being her film debut, in fact Curtis had already made several film and made-for-TV movie appearances. In 1993, Curtis played an unrelated Vulcan character in a two-part episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
At a Star Trek convention in Dayton, Ohio in April 2003, Curtis revealed that she had been attending a college in Cincinnati, Ohio and would like to get a job in the police field dealing with homicide.
