Tenkaichi Budokai

The World Martial Arts Tournament known as Tenka'ichi Budōkai (ja:天下一武道会, literally Strongest Under the Heavens Martial Arts Tournament) refers to an event in the fictional manga Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z, and anime Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.
In all the Dragon Ball series there is a Tenka'ichi Budōkai on Earth, Happening every 3 years (which later changes to every 5 years). The tournament features Earth's strongest fighters as well as the regular participation of the Z Fighters.
In the tournament, anyone who touches the outside of the ring, is knocked out for more than ten seconds, or gives up automatically loses. The tournament forbids weapons or protective gear. Hitting someone in the eyes or in the groin is also not allowed. The most important rule is that killing the opponent is not allowed. (However, more than one villain in the manga has entered the tournament with more interest in killing someone against whom they have a vendetta than in winning the prize.) Breaking any of these rules results in disqualification in the tournament.

Note: The Cell Games weren't technically a Tenka'ichi Budōkai. However, Cell himself stated that he would "revive the world martial arts tournament," and he did.

His daughter Videl won the Junior Division, for fighters 16 and under, the first tournament to have one.
25th
- Mr. Satan - He managed to defeat #18 only by accepting her offer to pay her 20 million Zeni to lose on purpose.
Son Goten and Trunks make it to the final round of the Junior Division, and Trunks defeats his younger friend.
26th
- Mr. Satan - Majin Buu let him win this fight. (no other records were told about this fight.)
27th
- Mr. Satan - Majin Buu let him win this fight. (no other records were told about this fight.)
28th
- Mr. Satan - Unknown; however, Son Goku said if any of the Z Senshi get to the final round they would let Mr. Satan win.
