The Elements of Typographic Style
From Free net encyclopedia
Robert Bringhurst authored three editions of a book titled The Elements of Typographic Style. Originally published in 1992, it was revised in 1996 and 2004. The book, which is a history and guide to typography, has been praised by Hermann Zapf, who said "I wish to see this book become the Typographers' Bible."
In 2005, Richard Rutter started a companion web site—webtypography.net—which hopes to interpret this book for web designers.
