Yugoslav First League
From Free net encyclopedia
The Yugoslav First League (Prva Liga) was the premier football league in the former Yugoslavia (1945-1991), and served the same role in Serbia and Montenegro before the country's name change (1991-2003). For that league, please see First League of Serbia and Montenegro.
The First League Championship was one of two national competitions held annually in Yugoslavia, the Yugoslav Cup being the second competition.
