Fylde is a local government district with borough status in Lancashire, England. Its council headquarters are in St Annes, with some council departments located in Kirkham. Fylde borough was formed on April 1, 1974 by the merger of the borough of Lytham, Kirkham urban district, and Fylde Rural District.

Fylde is also the name of the peninsula on which the Fylde borough is located. Towns on the peninsula include Blackpool, Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde and Lytham St Annes. The Fylde Coast, consisting of the entire peninsula is a local justice area.
