Monadnock Region

The Monadnock Region is a region in Southwestern New Hampshire. It is named after Mount Monadnock, the major geographic landmark in the region. The Monadnock Region is composed of Cheshire and Western Hillsborough counties. The two largest cities in the region are Keene and Peterborough.
